CAT-S retro glider model with prefabricated surfaces
CAT-S is a classic of RC glider models and a real retro model. The model was developed by Werner Dettweiler in 1983 and the first series was produced in the same year.
Today, the kit is largely made from the parts produced at that time and packaged true to the original. It is not a replica or a new edition, but a real, pure retro feeling.
The model is built entirely of wood and has a two-part wing, which is already built ready for construction and is included in the kit. The control is (as was customary at the time) via elevator and rudder.
A 1:1 construction plan and detailed building instructions guide you through the construction.
The kit is aimed at model builders who have experience and enjoy building models from the 1980s.
