Electric CAT Retro Flight Model
Elektro-CAT is a classic of RC flight models and a real retro model. The model was developed by Werner Dettweiler in 1983 and the first series was produced in the same year.
Today, the kit is largely made from the parts produced at that time and packaged true to the original. It is not a replica or a new edition, but a real, pure retro feeling.
The model is built entirely of wood and has a two-part hydrofoil. The control is (as was customary at the time) via elevator and rudder. The chassis is made of GRP, the wheels are also included in the kit.
A 1:1 construction plan and detailed building instructions guide you through the construction.
The kit is aimed at model builders who have experience and enjoy building models from the 1980s.
